I agree with you Audrey its looks a good course of action.

I do get lazy trying to keep track with it all and just keep a note of major events so to speak, I will now do my best to fill it in and I know it will help me ThumpUp

Thank you NRAS for the care plan book. My memory is terrible and I have forgotten lots of important things about my treatment. It will be a god send.
